Robby has 25 years of private equity and investment banking experience, including Managing Director and Co-Head of Southeast Asia at The Carlyle Group, and Head of Indonesia Investment Banking Coverage at Credit Suisse. Robby received his BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Director
Adhitia Budiarjo is a Director at Adivira Capital, and part of the founding team. Adhitia has 6 years of private equity and investment banking experience, including member of Asia Buyout team at The Carlyle Group, and Southeast Asia Investment Banking at Credit Suisse focusing on Consumer, Retail and Healthcare. Adhitia received his BBM and BS degree in Economic Science from Singapore Management University.
Anggi Yanuar Saleh
Head of Legal
Anggi Yanuar Saleh is a Director and Head of Legal at Adivira Capital. Anggi has 10 years of legal experience in M&A and capital-raising transactions, including IPOs, re-IPOs, rights offering, non-preemptive top-up, backdoor listing, debt securities offering, and equity-linked products. He previously worked for Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung (in association with Herbert Smith and Freehills), and Credit Suisse in Jakarta.
Ignatius Judokusumo

Ignatius “Iggy” Judokusumo is a Principal at Adivira Capital. Iggy has more than 12 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A. Prior to joining Adivira, Iggy was an Associate Director in Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory and a Vice President in a leading Indonesian express logistics company. Iggy received his BS degree in Business from the Ohio State University.
Chatrien Lestari
Principal
Chatrien Lestari is a Principal at Adivira Capital and part of the Fund’s Portfolio Operations initiatives. Chatrien has 14 years of operations, investment banking, corporate finance, and venture capital experience, including Principal at Argor Capital Management and Vice President of Corporate Finance and Strategy at Gojek. Chatrien received her BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and MS degree in Engineering Management Systems from Columbia University.
Sigit Handoyo
Legal Counsel
Sigit Handoyo is an in-house Legal Counsel at Adivira Capital. He has more than 8 years of legal experience handling M&A transactions and advisory works in energy, manufacturing, and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Adivira Capital, Sigit previously worked for Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung (in association with Herbert Smith and Freehills), Hadiputranto Hadinoto & Partners, and Agaeti Venture Capital.
Edwin Prasetya

Edwin Prasetya is a Vice President at Adivira Capital and part of the Fund’s Portfolio Operations initiatives. Edwin brings a wealth of operational experience across a variety of sectors, including construction, property, mining services, healthcare, and aesthetics. Edwin received his Bachelor’s degree in Business & Commerce (Marketing) from Monash University, Australia.

Clarissa has over 5 years of M&A, divestiture, and financial reporting advisory experience at PwC Deal Advisory in Chicago and San Francisco. She worked across a variety of sectors for public and private companies. Clarissa earned her Bachelors in Accounting and Finance at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
